We spent the morning with Karen’s family in Santa Rosa. We visited winery with artwork around their land. It was a great way to spend the morning…minus the 10+ ticks we found on us. 👀

It was a beautiful wedding and it was wonderful to see all the family. I only teared up a few times. Wayne would have been proud of me. I love that I have bonus family now because of him.
The kids and I went to church Sunday with my cousin. It was like stepping back in time. My parents got married at the church and it was also where my mom went as a little girl. We went out for boba after church before heading to the coast.
You can’t go to Santa Rosa and not get Tans Donuts (IYKYK). This was Wayne’s favorite…he did say that Franks Donuts in Winchester were just as good.
Bodega Bay. I told the kids that when I took marine biology, most of our labs were at the beach, which made them want to take that class.
No trip to the beach is complete without salt water taffy!
Church from the movie “The Birds”. The kids had no clue, so it has been added to our must watch list this summer.
