Update: Special Memories

Psalm 150:6 “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!”

Life has been very busy. Between working and juggling the kid’s activities, life has been flying by.

I’m going to give a quick update and then post in a few days some more photos to get caught up.

My biking challenge in Wayne’s memory is going well. I’m over 1,400 miles, which means I’m over 25% of the way done!! I probably am down to only a few more weekends of outdoor rides with the cold mornings. I have been making videos and posting them on the website: www.rideforwayne.com

Dawkins Trail - one of my favorite that we have ridden.

Rode the bike path in Chicago along the Lakefront, another great one!

We took a trip to Chicago to see Naomi. We had to stop at Albanese.

We went apple picking in Indiana. Nothing like fresh apples!!

We decided to make a pitstop at Wally’s in Indiana and we decided it was an experience…the song while you pump gas is still stuck in my head. 🤣

Sophia went out with friends to celebrate her birthday.

Abigail, Elijah and Ruth came to Kentucky to go to the Dodger baseball game for Wayne’s 50th birthday. While they were here, my friend Stephanie made us a reveal cake.

It’s another girl! We are so excited.

My work had a family event. We attended a Banana Ball game: Clowns vs Coconuts. It was fun having all the kids back together.

Micaela was proposed to at the game. They had been doing sign language together and after the game, he proposed.

Naomi was home too! She helped me replant my plants in bigger pots.

It was wonderful having Ruth around for a few days.

We had an amazing evening as a family. The baseball game went super fast. I love my family!!
