Psalm 107:19-21 “Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them from their distress. He sent out His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction. Let them thank the Lord for His steadfast love, for His wondrous works to the children of man!”
I haven’t officially heard from my team yet about my results, but I was sent my test results on my-chart. I am thrilled to let you know that the pet scan did not show any cancer!!! I had a hard time going to sleep last night after reading the news because I was so excited about the news! Thank you to everyone who prayed for my results. God heard our prayers!
God also answered the prayers for my dad, who is now having surgery Wednesday instead of at the end of May. We are praying this one will fix the issue that broke and that he is pain free moving forward. Please pray for a successful surgery and speedy recovery.
Wayne and I are driving to Chicago today with a couple kids. We are surprising Micaela’s best friend for her birthday. Since we were in Chicago, we are also seeing his team at Northwestern for a followup in person vs. zoom. Please pray for our safety as we navigate the crazy city drivers.
Wayne continues to defy the statistics. We thank the Lord for that as well!
Thank you again for praying! Please don’t stop. One of our kids said that prayer is like our life support. If we stop praying, it’s like pulling the plug. So keep storming heaven with us! God heard our prayers.
